Deep Tissue Massage: If you suffer from painful muscle spasms or need to rehabilitate and injured joint or muscle, this technique may be helpful. This technique uses greater pressure with lotion to create friction for stretching and opening the connective tissue as well as meridian pathways.Ion Spa Footbath: Because of poor diet and high stress we tend to accumulate and store excessive quantities of waste products. The ions spa footbath creates an environment that is non-invasive, but powerful, because your feet are in direct contact with the ions being made in the water, Neutralized particles are pulled out of the body through the skin via osmosis. Color changes in the water are some of the indicators that toxins are being removed from the body.

Rehab Therapy: Muscle testing in used to help diagnose weak and strong muscles / joints in the body. A program is then designed to help balance and re-align the body so that functional endurance and strength is restored. Core work is highly recommended and taught.
